Executive Personal Assistant to Company CEO
We are a leading engineering and telecommunications organization committed to innovation, excellence, and delivering cutting-edge solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our CEO. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative & Executive Support: Provide end-to-end administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and acting as the primary point of contact on their behalf.
• Calendar Management: Organize and manage the CEO’s schedule, including the 
coordination of meetings, appointments, and international/domestic travel 
arrangements.
• Documentation & Correspondence: Prepare, proofread, and edit a wide range of 
materials, such as correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, 
clarity, and a professional standard.
• Communication Liaison: Coordinate and facilitate internal and external 
communications, liaising with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to foster smooth collaboration and timely information flow.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Meeting Coordination: Assist in meeting preparation, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights to support the CEO’s decision-making processes.
• Records Management: Organize and maintain files—both electronic and physical—to ensure easy accessibility and efficient record-keeping.
• Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and developproactive 
solutions to streamline operations and meet deadlines.
• Other Administrative Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the CEO and overall business objectives.
